1. Introduction
This document aims to regulate the terms and conditions of Magnifiko srls, MAGNIFIKO SRLS, based in Pergine Valsugana, Via Regensburger 42/I owner of Magnifiko Camp located in Lavarone (TN), Località Oseli n. 27, C.F./P.IVA 02809670223, CIN Code IT022102B3ZB4FAGBJ, tel. +39 351 4376778 , e-mail magnifika@magnifiko.camp. The terms “You” and “Customer” refer to all private and/or collective subjects who for any reason access www.magnifiko.camp or use its services. The use of these services implies unconditional acceptance and validity of all terms and/or general conditions – which are considered automatically included in the contract stipulated with magnifiko srls, without the need for transcription in the same – including the latest version of these Terms and/or General Conditions.

2. Prices, included services and payment options
The price of the campsite includes: 10% VAT, use of toilets and showers. The pitches one car and one tent, one car and a caravan or a camper. Tent pitches can accommodate a tent up to 6m² .
The price of the campsite does not include: tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax. For any additional vehicles, tents, trailers, gazebos or similar that fit in the assigned pitch, an additional cost will be charged.
Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. Pet owners are required to collect their excrement. Each owner is responsible for their own animal.
Payment methods: the bill can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash up to € 4999.99.
All prices are subject to change and variation.

3. Booking conditions
In order to make a binding reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total. Payment must be made directly on our website at the following page: deposit payment or you can send us the credit or debit card details (we accept Visa and Mastercard).
Alternatively, within 7 days of arrival, you can make the payment by bank transfer to the following current account:

4. Cancellation conditions, early departure and late arrival
4.1 Cancellation of stay
With a definitive booking, you declare to accept the cancellation conditions pursuant to art. 1382 C. C. There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code – nevertheless we grant you the following withdrawal conditions.
In case of cancellation or modification of the booking more than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, no penalty is provided. In case of cancellation or modification of the booking within 30 days of the agreed arrival date, 30% of the total agreed price will be charged, which corresponds to the amount of the deposit paid. Except for special offers where otherwise specified.
For bookings made using a gift voucher, cancellation costs will be deducted from the value of the voucher.
In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the total agreed price will be charged.
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing.

5. Check-in and check-out and extension of stay
5.1 Pitch Check-in: Check-in is possible from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The access barrier is closed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to ensure the rest of the guests. For organizational reasons, the booked pitch will be kept free until 7:00 pm on the day of arrival. After this time, in the absence of a delay notification, the pitches will no longer be guaranteed. In case of arrivals after 8:00 pm, please notify us by phone or email.
Pitch Check-out: Please leave the pitch by 10:00 am. If necessary, it is possible to settle the bill even the day before, by 8:00 pm.

5.2 Extensions: Any extensions of the stay must be requested at the reception by the evening before the agreed departure and are subject to availability.

6. Further information:
The administration of Magnifiko srls declines any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings of the campsite guests.
